As a Collective we have entered the Great awakening phase of human evolution with unprecedented challenges: from massive damage of our planet, military conflicts, socio-economic & governance crises and even more…the Crisis of old Consciousness… and the rise of AI in addition and more…

In my role as a Professor and Advisor to Rector at Samara (Aerospace) University as well as during my PhD at HSG & postdoc at EPFL, I have been exploring the evolution of human consciousness as well as its manifestation in the world both from philosophical and practical perspectives…How can we co-create spaces of Unity in diversity for regenerative economy transformation based on Unconditional LOVE, trust building and healing under complete uncertainty? …

Working with very diverse players along those years I have gained rich experience and knowledge on how to navigate polarities, how to co-create unconditional bond, how to calibrate complex socio-economic ecosystems towards regeneration and prosperity, how to hold Unity within and without, independently of external conditions, how to land unconditional love approach into the mainstream context to become an Angel of Change in the field…

I have worked in academia as well as on various external mandates with young people, established leaders, educators, governments, regional authorities, businesses, social enterprises, startups, international organizations, NGOs, in the area of unity leadership, awareness led innovation and socio-economic development towards resilience and prosperity.
